Ocean Lowercase Alphabet Bingo gives preschool and kindergarten kids a fun whole-group way to practice naming lowercase letters as they listen for each letter and cover it on their board.
The bingo boards and calling cards have a bright ocean theme.
The caller draws a letter card and says the letter name. Kids look for that letter on their board and cover it. The first player to cover a full row calls out “Bingo!”
Use the color boards for a bright game or the black and white boards to save ink. Kids who know their letters can take a turn as the caller.
How to Play Ocean Lowercase Alphabet Bingo
- Print and laminate the bingo boards and cut apart the calling cards.
- Give each player a board and a handful of markers.
- Draw a calling card and say the letter name.
- Players cover the letter if it is on their board.
- The first player to cover a row says “Bingo!” and reads the letters back.
Circle Time: Play with the whole class and let kids take turns being the caller.
Small Group: Play with a few kids and stop after each letter to name it together.
